Keep It Clean. Keep It Legendary.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Caring for cast iron isn’t hard. It’s about intention—not perfection.
After each use, clean your pan while it’s still warm. Rinse with warm water and use a stiff brush or scrub pad. No soap needed. No dishwasher—ever.
Dry it completely with a towel or let it sit on a warm burner for a minute or two to evaporate moisture. If the surface looks dry or grey, rub in a small amount of oil.
Deep Cleaning:
If your seasoning feels damaged, try the salt method:
- Add a handful of coarse salt and a splash of water
- Heat until water evaporates
- Scrub, rinse, dry, and re-season
Storage Tip:
Always store in a dry place. If stacking, place a towel between pans.
