We accept returns on new, unused cookware within 45 days of delivery, unless marked final sale. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as online store credit, less shipping fees.

To qualify for a return:

• Your item must not have been used or cooked with
• It must include the original order number
• Items that don’t meet these conditions will be returned to sender
